Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

How to Request a Return

Email us at Aussiesuppplies.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or soiled pet beds/accessories
Items returned after 30 days
Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Australian Consumer Law

Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
